Royalty Free Music For YouTubers

ROYALTY FREERoyalty Free Music For YouTubers

Are you getting tired of getting copyright strikes and 3rd party claims to your videos, while using the music you want? Well here is a solution for you and it’s called Royalty free music. Its a piece of music that is allowed to use in your videos even if you want to monetize or not, only thing you need to do usually is to credit author and website in the description of the video (Doesn’t seem very bad deal to me).

However not every royalty free music service is free, some may charge a monthly fee for monthly license or one time fee for particular song. In this article ill be going over some services that exists that youtubers can use.

One of the most used Royalty Free music services for countless student films or youtube videos have to be Incompetech and its completly free to use in your videos and you can monetize them without any fear. All the music and the sounds are free to use, just by crediting the songs title and websites URL in your youtube videos description. If you want more specific info please go to this page – http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/faq.html

Audio micro

Audiomicro is a service that is mostly used by multiple YouTube Networks like ours. The normal license costs $49.95, but if you are partnered with MiraiScope this service will be totally free without any cost. AudioMicro has pretty great Sound library having anywhere from car sounds to animal sounds, which might be really useful in certain situations, while their normal music library isn’t anything superb they still have +5,000 tracks on it.

epidemic sound

Perhaps one of the most if not the best royalty free music provider on the market. They have constantly expanding library since multiple different artists are uploading new albums and songs so everyone who have the license can use them. Epidemic Sound has multiple licensing costs varying from 10€/22€/100€ monthly depending how much monthly views you have. However our network has license with Epidemic Sound service, so you are able to use the tracks freely if you are partnered with MiraiScope.

digccmixter

This service is probably one of the bit more underground and not known by many. Thankfully DigCCmixter is totally free service and doesnt require anything else except credits on the video. They may have bit smaller pool of music to use, but i would say its more underground rather than your heavy mainstream EDM type of music. I would describe some of the stuff experimental, but the library might grow in future if people keep submitting content.

Last but not least we have AudioJungle what is part of the big envato market corporation. It might not be the cheapest service in the market since you have to buy the tracks as single ones rather than whole album or whole website service. Might not be the best for your wallet, but atleast you are getting high quality tracks to use at your videos.

Hopefully this article was useful for you guys and you were able to find out multiple different services whatever free or with a cost to use at your videos and able to monetize them and get ad revenue because of that. If you have a service that you would like to get listed, please leave a comment below and i might consider adding it in

  • Hey, I would like to say that I found this quite helpful, thanks for the list. Few more I recommend adding is No Copyright Sounds nocopyrightsounds.co.uk and Argofox Creative Commons youtube.com / MMMontageMusic

Also, Jamendo is another brilliant place to get music. I find that the best thing to do with Jamendo is to always limit results by Available on Jamendo PRO because when an artist has signed up to have their music on Jamendo PRO, they have validated all their info that the music is their own. Hope this is helpful to you and anyone else reading this :)
